Invites Sent Breakdown

To monitor the amount of invitations sent, the "Invites Sent Breakdown" table will show you the total volume of invites sent by each individual Team, further broken down by each Invitation Type. This report can also display date-based invitation information by using the "Start and End Date" date range filters.

Please note: The Sent Date corresponds with the date a Team Member clicked "Send Gift" on their gift invitation. There may be a few days between the date a gift was sent and the date the gift was actually accepted.

Accepted Gifts Cost breakdown

The "Accepted Gift Cost Breakdown" table will show you the total cost and quantity of redeemed gifts sent by each Team. This data can be broken down further to analyze the total cost of redeemed gifts by invite type. This report can also display date-based gift cost information by using the "Start and End Date" date range filters.

Please note: Gifts that have been redeemed, but have not been processed by Alyce will not appear in this table. Only after it has been processed, will a gift be considered "Accepted."
