How to Create a Swag Select Marketplace

Before you can start printing your Alyce Swag Cards, you'll need to first establish your Swag Marketplace. Setting up a Swag Select Marketplace is done in three phases:

Step 1: Determine the Swag in your Marketplace

Step 2: Provide Alyce with your corporate logos

Step 3: Confirm Alyce Swag Marketplace

Step 1. Determine the Swag in your Marketplace:

To set up your marketplace, you'll first need to determine what swag you want to use. Alyce gives you three options to source the swag for your marketplace. You can: choose items from the Alyce Swag Catalog, Connect Alyce with your Current Swag Vendor, or Use your Own On-Hand Physical Inventory.

Choose items from the Alyce Swag Catalog: Alyce has 100+ options available for you to use in your marketplace. The swag featured in our catalog is meant to be branded with your company logo and/or name.

Here's an example Swag Select marketplace Alyce uses for their prospects, customers, and employees:

Setting up a Swag Marketplace using the Alyce Swag Catalog will require some partnership with your CSM. Reach out to them to schedule time to build your custom marketplace.

Connect Alyce with your Current Swag Vendor: If you're currently working with a 3rd party vendor to manage your swag inventory, that inventory can be added to the Alyce marketplace as well. To set up this marketplace, our team will need the following:

- Product Images

- Product Description

- Account information for your 3rd party merchandise portal

📢 Please note: If you are using your own physical inventory, you are responsible for inventory management and fulfillment. We will contact you when someone has redeemed your on-hand swag inventory to process fulfillment.

Use your own on-hand physical inventory: You can also feature any swag you already have on-hand in the Swag Marketplace. To set this inventory up in your Swag Marketplace, you'll need to provide the following information:

- Product Images

- Product Description

📢 Please note: If you are using your own physical inventory, you are responsible for inventory management and fulfillment. We will contact you when someone has redeemed your on-hand swag inventory to process fulfillment.

Step 2. Provide Alyce with your corporate logos

To include your corporate branding on the items in your swag marketplace, you'll need to provide us with your corporate branding or logos. Here are the specs required to create your branded swag:

Logos needed (.eps, .ai or .png):
  1. Black Knockout logo
  2. White Knockout logo
  3. Full color logo ( if applicable)
  4. Icon only (if applicable)
Logo details:
  1. Minimum of 2500 pixel width
  2. If .png, ensure background is transparent
  3. Any brand guidelines on white space or placement

Step 3: Confirm Alyce Swag Marketplace

Once your Swag Marketplace has been set up, our team will contact you for review. Upon your approval, your Swag Marketplace is ready for its first campaign. 🎉
