My recipient didn’t get their gift - what should I do?

We apologize that your recipient hasn’t received the gift you sent. We are determined to get it to them as quickly as we can. 

 

In your Alyce dashboard, please make sure that your recipient has accepted your gift. Even if your recipient has received an email or a box with a gift invitation, they still have to accept the gift in order to receive it.

 

If your recipient has accepted their gift but still hasn’t received it, please send the following information in an email to hi@alyce.com so we can get the gift to them ASAP:

  • Recipient’s name
  • Gift
  • Campaign 
  • Is it okay for Alyce to reach out to the recipient?
