Utilizing Master Reporting (Alyce Legacy Platform)

After go-live, use Alyce reports to measure how the team is doing! This article will help you download reports, and give tips and tricks on how to use them.

Once logged in, you'll see a "Master Report" tab on the right-hand side:

Clicking on this will give you two options - this months report, and custom range report. 

This months report will show you information on all gifts created in the current month to date. Clicking "this months report" will automatically download the report for you in an excel sheet. 

Custom range report is useful if you're trying to see all gifts created from the beginning of your contract.

Custom range report will ask for your dates prior to downloading the excel sheet: 

Click "download report" to get your excel sheet. 

Tips and tricks for using this report: 

*Prior to using this report, it's helpful to add a filter (Data > Filter)

Measure specific reps 

  • In column "A", you'll see all your Alyce users. You can filter by name to see: 
    • Who they sent a gift to (column F)
    • What the gift was (column I)
    • Date the gift was created (column J)
    • Date the gift was sent (column K)
    • Gift status (column O)
    • If the gift was accepted, exchanged, or donated (column V, W, X)
    • If the gift was unclaimed, you can get the link (column Y)

This is helpful when:

  • You want to empower your sales reps! This report will tell you how many of their gifts have been accepted. 
  • You want to encourage your sales reps! This report will tell you when and how to encourage your reps to follow up. Check out column O, and have your reps follow up when gifts were viewed, but not yet accepted! 

Measure specific campaigns

  • In column "C" you can see all your different campaigns. You can filter by campaign to see: 
    • Who they sent a gift to (column F)
    • What the gift was (column I)
    • Date the gift was created (column J)
    • Date the gift was sent (column K)
    • Gift status (column O)
    • If the gift was accepted, exchanged, or donated (column V, W, X)
    • If the gift was unclaimed, you can get the link (column Y) 

This is helpful when: 

  • You want to see how your campaigns are performing. 

Measure delivery methods 

  • In column "L" you can filter by delivery method. Filter by the delivery method to see: 
    • If the gift was accepted, exchanged, or donated (column V, W, X)
    • If the gift was unclaimed, you can get the link (column Y) 

This is helpful when: 

  • You want to see how your delivery methods are working on their own, or compared to others. 

Check tracking numbers 

  • In column "M", you'll find delivery tracking numbers for your boxes that have been sent! 
    • Best practice: have your reps let their gift recipient know when they should expect a delivery!

Check delivery status (for boxes) 

  • Column "N" will tell you the status of your gift boxes. 
    • TO DO: Insert status' here?

Pull gift status'

  • Column "O" will let you know all your gift option status'. 
    • Gift options ready: gifts are ready for your reps to choose from and send off! 
    • Gift options viewed: gifts have been sent and the landing page has been viewed. The gift hasn't been accepted..yet!
    • Gift options claimed: your gift was accepted! 

Gifts accepted, exchanged, or donated 

  • Columns V, W, X will tell you if your gift options were accepted, exchanged, or donated. 

Unclaimed gift links 

  • Column Y will give you the landing page links for all of your gifts that are unclaimed. 
    • Best practice: have your reps send these links to the recipient in an email with a personalized message! 

Best practices for driving more results :

  1. Filter by column O (gift viewed) and have your sales reps follow up! These are warm leads who have looked at the landing page you sent - engage! (Insert follow up cadence here)
